01

The brief

A modern fashion e-commerce website template designed for clothing brands, boutiques, and lifestyle labels. Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, it delivers a polished editorial aesthetic paired with practical e-commerce layouts — product listings, category pages, and clean product detail views — ready for a real storefront.

02

The challenge

Fashion brands need websites that feel aspirational, not generic. The challenge was building a template that balances editorial design (strong typography, whitespace, visual mood) with practical e-commerce structure — product grids that load fast, detail pages that convert, and layouts that hold up on any screen size without a heavy framework or plugin.

  2. 02Product listing grid with category filtering
  3. 03Product detail page with image gallery

Approach & decisions

Built on Next.js App Router for fast server-rendered pages and clean routing, styled entirely with Tailwind CSS for a consistent and maintainable design system. The layout prioritizes visual hierarchy — large hero imagery, editorial typography, and a restrained color palette — while keeping the component structure simple enough to customize quickly. Deployed to a live subdomain for real-world preview.

06

Outcome

This fashion e-commerce template demonstrates how a modern Next.js and Tailwind CSS stack can produce a visually strong, production-ready storefront without heavyweight tooling. It serves as a starting point for any fashion or lifestyle brand looking to launch a custom website quickly.

  • UI/UX design — editorial fashion layout and visual hierarchy
  • Next.js project setup with App Router
  • Responsive Tailwind CSS component system
  • Product listing and detail page layouts
  • Deployment to custom subdomain
