The brief

POSLite is a lightweight, user-friendly inventory management software designed to help small and medium-sized businesses efficiently track, control, and optimize their stock levels in real time. Built with simplicity and scalability in mind, POSLite offers seamless integration barcode scanners, printers and providing businesses with complete visibility into their inventory operations.

The challenge

Most retail/wholesale store owner faced significant challenges managing its growing inventory. Manual stock tracking led to frequent stockouts and overstocking. Manually auditing inventory could also take more than 10+ hours per week. With manual operation leading to limited real-time visibility made it hard to forecast demand and manage suppliers efficiently.

Approach & decisions
